Mailing list

 

You will have been added to our mailing list if you have signed up to our mentoring scheme, our events, campus ambassador programme or any of our programmes and have consented to being added to our mailing list. Alternatively, you may have signed up directly to our mailing list through the mailing list form on our website.

 

The lawful basis for this data processing is your free, specific informed and unambiguous consent. All information will be kept until you withdraw consent and then you will be removed from our database. If, at any point, you would like to withdraw your consent, please click ‘unsubscribe from this list’ at the bottom of any emails from us. Alternatively, please contact info@queerlawyersoftomorrow.org.

 

In accordance with relevant data protection legislation you have the right to access any data that we hold about you, rectify any inaccurate data we hold about you, delete any data we hold about you and restrict or limit the way we process data about you.

 

Queer Lawyers of Tomorrow treats all personal information with the utmost confidentiality and with appropriate levels of security. By providing your name and email address to Queer Lawyers of Tomorrow and requesting to be added to our mailing list, you agree to the use of your personal information in order to receive updates from us.

 

QLT communicates with mailing list members through Gmail, other email programs and MailChimp (please find their privacy policy here). All mass emails will be sent by ‘blind carbon copy’, ensuring other recipients are not able to view your email or any other details. All emails will be sent from Queer Lawyers of Tomorrow.

 

At no point, apart from using the programmes listed above, will your data will not be shared outside of QLT without your express written consent and we will never sell your data under any circumstances.
